The shipping of this product was the worst I have seen in a very long time. You told me you don't use P. O. Boxes, yet you sent my package to the post office. I was home all day Friday and Saturday and I had to go to the post office and pick up my package today. I have already called FedEx and they say it is your fault because you used smart Fed Ex. You can forget about anymore orders from me. I don't like the way you do business.

Pads are too thick for me. I don't like them at all.

This email was received before the ordered item arrived. I ordered the product for a trip and will not be able to use it as intended. I have also already been charged for the ordered item.

I placed an order from HDIS using their website, and requested shipment to my home address. HDIS shipped my order via Sure Post to an area Post Office, which does not deliver to home addresses, and the order was being returned to HDIS. It took three days to locate and retrieve the packages. HDIS website does not give the customer the options of choosing shipping methods preferred. After this fiasco, I understand the customer needs to order from HDIS via telephone call if you want to specify shipping methods. I'm still unsure of HDIS' shipping practices. Confusing to say the least and aggravating trying to chase down packages through the Post Office system.

My package has not arrived. I understand that maybe I should wait to receive it but I am already very unhappy that an order place on 5/23 at 7:00am has not arrived yet. Checking FedEx yesterday it said there was no update on the delivery status. Today is says it won't arrive until 6/4 EOD. That is 12 days and that is ridiculous. You may offer free shipping but it is not a value if it takes this long. And your prices are not so great that this is a big bargain. Not at all happy.

I should have received my order last Monday. After calling you on MONDAY i LEARNED THAT THE PACKAGE HAD BEEN DELIVERED. Of course I didn't get the package so I called you again on Tuesday and found out the package was forwarded to an address in a town I never lived in. I asked if I could have another package sent as a REPLACEMENT. I was told no. I asked if I could have a refund and was told yes as soon I got the package and returned it to you at my expense. I asked if there was any way you COULD help me and was told that this situation was not your fault. I am mad. Because you have products I like I will probably continue to shop with you but I am not happy about it.

I ordered the first time and received a wrong product.

They send out too many emails.
