The Reassure ultimate level pads are more expensive than Poise ultimate and provide only about half as much protection. I am using them only when I won't be leaving the house and I won't buy any more. On the plus side; they are more compact than Poise and take up less room in a bag or purse. I am carrying a couple of them with me for short-term emergency use. The individually packaged washcloths are totally satisfactory. They are as large as a regular washcloth, and are thick and soft. The individual packs prevent their drying out and make them easy to carry. The unit price is a bit higher than the multi-packs of other brands, but the larger cloths mean one cloth will be sufficient where three or four smaller wipes might be needed. I would recommend the washcloths unreservedly. I would rate the pads a one and the washcloths a five; so I give an average rating of three.

I ordered 2 ramps exactly the same they appear to be what I need but you for some reason shipped hem separately arriving on 2 different days?

I did not order the number of items in my box. If I order one small item, I don't want to see six of the same small packages.

Online order took longer (from time I placed the order) to arrive than I expected, and one of the items I ordered (XL Powder Free Vinyl Gloves), HDIS packaged and sent Medium size gloves. Not worth the hassle of sending this incorrect item back for exchange, therefore I end up with a product I cannot use, not to mention the money I'm out of because of this error on the part of HDIS.

These work during the day but aren't as thick as they were in the past. A bit thicker would be better I would think! The overnight are very think and the moderate is not thick enough.

Ordered 2 style items and definitely not what I was looking for... opened two types of packaging to be sure.. Product definition not going to work..would like to return the 3 unopened packages and see if I can reorder something else..
