Good customer service, company is reliable

These folks know their business. Each person knows the inventory and can explain all options. If you ask for something they do not handle they will refer you to someone who handles a different inventory. They check about a week before your delivery to see if you want to make any changes.

I’m not happy with the quality of briefs. You’re not supposed to double-brief, but even after trying different sizes and options, one brief is just not able to work effectively. I have tried other brands that work just fine.

The service provided by this company has been excellent! So glad they provided my family with a variety of great products. They are delivered monthly with a few key strokes from the privacy of our home. Thank you.

I have been with this company for about 2 yrs. At first their products were inferior to the company my insurance no longer accepted. I was very frustrated ! In time, their products have gotten much better. I now have a very good diaper and use the booster as well as pullups for my challenged son. The staff are hard workers and will help you with selecting the best product for your needs. They are very respectful and attentive. Sometimes the telephone calls can become a bit tedious; however you have the option of going to the website, when you are notified, and place your order without human interaction.l

Have used this company many years for supplies for my handicapped son. They always call or email when it’s time for a new order. Anytime I have talked to someone in the phone they are polite , helpful and professional .
