They go out of their way to reach me to order my supplies. Delivery is quick. They would get 5 stars except for their over packaging. I have been unable to speak with anyone that can take care of that.

I originally was given Tena which i didn't like. Hcd said there were no other pads. Then I found out about prevail from another customer so I've been using those with no problems. I'm a little upset I couldn't get these when I asked. I like how they call before I'm to run out
