Excellent customer service. We have used Home Care Delivered for several years with no complaints.

I'm helping my father in law with his order each month because he had a stroke and can't speak very well and the service is great with pleasant customer service. I have not had any issues.

Your delivery on products is excellent and it's so easy to reorder supplies. My main problem is with your billing. I continuously get collection calls even though I call and pay any outstanding bills. I don't get regular bills and when I do, it's unclear what has been paid and what is due. I also get 2 calls everyday, sometimes 3, when I have available orders. I know when I need to reorder and I'm annoyed at the repeated calls on my answering machine. Because of those 2 things I give you this lower rating.

I love the fact that I receive email reminders each month about my items that are available for shipment. With other medical supply companies, I have to remember to call and sometimes end up low on product. Home Care Delivered takes one less worry off my mind. Thanks!
