I would give a 5 but you don’t have the right type of under pads I need. But still good service.

I wish I could write this really great review on how wonderful they are. Frankly Dan is the ONLY reason we have stuck around as long as we have. I also wish mine was the only negative experience with then but after posting on a special needs group, mine is a fairly common experience. From discontinuing needed products (the only reason I get mine still is a specialty script and years worth of fighting), to lost/delayed shipments this has been a nightmare to deal with. I have fought with HCD delivered to get products we have needed and had to go to ridiculous links to justify them. For the last four months my orders have been delayed, lost, and forgotten. All I get is a we are so sorry. Sorry is well and good, but if you don't fix the problem it means nothing. Some people are happy with subpar services or think we should be grateful for insurance paying for diaper for our loved ones. But when your child doesn't fit into the mold and the products become more and more inferior so that the company can get cash in at the expense of humans you start to loose faith in their company. I need them to see my child, not their profits or how certain products are an inconvenience for them. I should not have to fight so hard for services. Dan has tried really hard and has gone the extra mile. I appreciate him for that. But it's not his job to keep a whole company in line. I can only hope that one day he starts his own company or finds one that values all his extra work.

I gave it a 3 because the first box they sent me was too small. So I really can't tell how they're gonna work. And there is a problem with who to get my prescription from. It's a big mixup! I use Always Discreet Panties right now. And I really like them. So if your's are not as good, I won't like them. 5-22-2019 I changed my review to 2 stars. Because although the Large size is too small. The XLarge is alittle too big. And they are very bulky. I feel like I'm wearing a diaper. Plus when I had an accident. They were not absorbent enough. I realize this is a product my Insurance will cover But I would rather pay for the ones that I am more comfortable wearing. And are more absorbent. If you have another kind, that is not as bulky. And more absorbent. I would be willing to try them. Thanks!
