The customer serivce and the amount of contact I have receied has been great

My experience has been over five stars they get you the best quality when it comes to your needs they treat you like family not like a customer and I really appreciate you all from the bottom of my heart

I love the timely deliveries but the product does not work. When I wear them and urine leaks out of me, it just runs down my leg instead of staying in the brief and it leaves me feeling embarrassed.

Came as requests once 3 days later but i like one thing when arrived no knocking at door just left twice already i would like to receive a knock on door please

They are a wonderful company. They ship directly to us after and email reminder/confirmation. Whenever we have called with questions, they are always curteous and caring! We have been very pleased with Home Care Delivered!

The girl I spoke with to set everything up for my son's needs was wonderful and literally took care of everything. She was so polite and well mannered and made me feel at ease knowing that she had even followed up with a call back that everything was taken care of in regards to ordering supplies and getting the orders from my son's PCP
