I get notification when to order and when it going to ship also when it is out for delivery always get product when it is said to be here and it is a great product thank you for being there

When I got my mom/stepmother, signed up on the program to see her incontinent supplies, adult undergarments, bed pads, and wet wipes she received the best. The bad pads were bigger sicker. Now they’re thin and see-through., the adult care underwear are nothing compared to depends, and we have not received the wet wipes. Dad and I are grateful for everything that she receives. However, why did the quality of the product go down after the first shipment?!?!?
