I was out of libre 2 sensors. I was never informed that an updated Dr visit needed to be submitted. When I inuired about I was told that a report was sent but didn't include all necessary info. When I questioned mr DR office I was told that they submitted what was necessary. I had to call and find out what was missing.Why couldn't someone at Home Care delivered contact Dr's office for missing info

Well I call and had talked to someone before about my daughter wipes saying that she could get 20 packs and then right before her order came I called and confirmed her order and the lady that I spoke to was very rude to me saying I couldn’t get the amount I was asking for because of insurance she was very snappy
