I didn't get wipes with my last delivery

Your drivers do not seem to want to follow instructions when I pacifically. Told them to call me when they’re about 5-10 minutes away from my house and to use the intercom system when they get here and call me, they are not allowed to walk in behind anybody. I don’t care if the door is wide open and nobody can let them be if they’re here for me they call me. They don’t seem to follow instructions.

I called 4 times to get my new Doctors information changed. I will have to make another call just to make sure it's changed

Customer service reps are knowledgeable, helpful and kind. Reordering process is fast and easy. Shipping is fast.

On time delivery

Everything is great except it does take awhile for the supplies to be delivered other than that everything and everyone is easy to deal with and helps out with anything you need. Great staff!
