Always on time with good communication.

Always excellent

It is difficult to get any changes made. Doctor will call and fax in information repeatedly and it won’t be processed. Finally after multiple inquiries, we will be told something is missing or a signature is needed….…meanwhile I am running out of diapers for my son. This happens every 6 months!

I love my supplies. they come on time and hide from other sight. The customer service is great.

Getting the items that I needed

The first order took some time but the re-order was quick and easy. The notification that was sent was a great reminder of the need to re-order and the package was sent and received much faster than expected. Thank You.
