Automatic text messages makes everything easy. I always forgot to reorder stuff for my kid. Now, they have a system that sends email and text message before hand to order them on time.

Over time i’ve always been very satisfied with customer service but unfortunately the last time i physically spoke with someone, they called in regards to shipping the next order, I was questioning a few things and the representative was very short and snappy with her responses as if she was very aggravated that i was unsure as to why she was calling. All other times my situations have been exceptional. I have chalked it up to the person possibly having a bad day or maybe something else going on and just left it at that. (I had to select a date of the call but i honestly do not remember when it was so the date is going to be inaccurate, i apologize)
