The delivery was right on time!

So glad they have this program . Products are good.

Customer service has been good since I have been with HCD. But the problem is with whoever makes the adult briefs. Wish they would make them more absorbant, even the me (even the men's guards without being to bulky).

The reminder of a delivery due in a text is so appreciated. Then to allow a delay in delivery if needed. All so convenient. Ships when needed and all orders are exact.

When ever I have a questiom n and contacted you it was completely explained so I could understand. HCD has made my life so much easeier and I am able to put my diabetes in full control. Thankyou, Thankyou, Thankyou***

Service is a seamless homerun!

They are a great company and they provide better products than Aeroflow Technology does but I just wish they would provide us with more Barrier Cream for my son because I still have to end up buying too much Desitin for him out of pocket and wipes which I also wish they would provide.
