I had to consider 3 or 4 stars. The reason, a prescription that was ignored, transferred, not looked into sat until several calls later and bringing updates that should have been already in place werent until I called wondering where my prescription was. My call got them to notice there was an update otherwise it would have sat for who knows how long, but now on my second month, the orders are on time and in full.

This company only carries one brand for each item you may need. As a result, no diversity can be considered for different body types. My son cannot wear the pull-ups they offer because the brand does not make any that cover a persons buttocks fully, just goes up the middle like a sanitary napkin. The other brands they advertise DO offer options that cover a persons backside, but they choose to only use bed pads for those brands now. Would not recommend this company if you want to be able to try options that may fit. The insurance has been billed twice now for items we cannot use. They won’t take them back so I will donate or trash them. Waste of taxpayer dollars

My medical supplies always arrive on time. The representatives that I have dealt with have been very helpful and friendly.

The service is reliable and I depend on it for my incontinence supplies to be delivered regularly. However I wish it was easier to change the type of pads I need as my condition needs larger ones as time goes on. If there was a checkbox indicating the pads were still of the correct type it would be easier. At present I need to contact the company directly which is a bit embarrassing.

The need for my daughters medical supplies is always met. If there ever was an issue it would be resolved and fixed
