Received all supplies on time and in good condition

It was the shipping. The last few shipments, the boxes were smashed or crusted open. It is the shipping company.

When ever there's a change with my nursing staff, and I have to change gloves size. The staff acoundate me without any problems. They understand that sometimes things changes. I really appreciate them for this,because sometimes it can be very stressful for me. Thanks for caring

Always on time

I appreciate that your company sends my medical supplies on time. I would also be very happy if I could get adhesive spray removal in my order. I have to find money for that and I'm struggling.

Not enough notice if you need dr. Referral Every Single Quarter!. My order is always late because I have to call Home Care to ask why my meds are late , then I have to call my dr myself. I lose two-three days that I have no Dexcom ! It happens ALL the time!
