It’s a good product and customer service is great.

Order always comes ontime and in a Timely manner.

Customer service reps do not do enough to fix issues with doctors as they arise, leaving it up to patients to contact the dr and fix whatever the problem is. Essentially you introduce a middle person that is not familiar with medical rules, requirements, billing codes and has to communicate these problems to the dr. This has caused the delay of shipments and my not having CGM’s in time for continuous coverage on too many occasions. There has to be a better way.

Though usually all has been timely and efficient, the last delivery was delayed and dates were not really accurate. Each delay caused a lot of angst as it would be catastrophic to run out of ostomy supples.

Easy to order, and very prompt delivery.

It's very easy to order you supplies on line. Supplies are delivered to your front porch undamaged. Been ordering for 5 years no issues. It's so convenient just open your front door and your supplies are right there,very good service. Thanks

They are a great company

My experience with HCD has been very good. My diabetic supplies and the notifications on my phone are timely and accurate. I did have an issue with a billing question on the online portal. I have since then answered my question and I may not have been using the portal correctly.
