Fairly easy to reorder but there have been numerous times I was concerned that my order of CGM sensors might not arrive on time

When I call the staff understand my needs and treat me with respect. I'm very happy with the quality of the product the have to offer.

While the packing slip reflected correctly, the wring items were sent. I had to pay out of pocket so my son would have supplies until the correct items come (Hopefully soon) As I was trying to explain to customer service what had happened, I had to tell her to listen to me (as opposed to interrupting.) She seemed to be in a rush, didn't tell me what I needed to do to return the wrong items we received. I understand it was near the end of the day on a Friday. I look forward to a better customer service experience in the future, especially with orders that come incorrect.

I am leaving all the supplies that I need and they are helping me greatly with my incontinence. The company is always on time and the supplies are a great quality. I recommend this company for its promptness and its quality of pads and under pads.
