Service is consistent with delivery reminder every month. If an item is missing, it is noted on the delivery packing list that it will be shipped within a few days later. Only that it never came. This happens several times I had to call to ask. Then they put it on the next delivery month, not shipped instantly. So each time an item is missed, we missed it for 2 months.
