When I received the ladder the foam on…
When I received the ladder the foam on both handrails was damaged. I notified the company and was told they would credit me 5% which will be maybe $6. I informed them I would prefer the damage corrected. I ordered and expected an undamaged product. They told me to put tape on the damage and that my account would be credited. I’m glad the ladder isn’t structurally damaged because I don’t think this company would stand behind their product.

Hello dear customer, the replacement foam will be in the USA warehouse in January 2023. We will arrange the replacement for you once it arrives at the warehouse.
