Name necklace
Bought a name necklace for my wife, and I’m really impressed with the quality! It arrived in less than a week, which was surprisingly fast. If you’re looking for something personalised and well-crafted, I’d definitely recommend it. Overall, I’m really happy with it!

Do not pay for add on
Do not pay for add on. I paid for HB card and personalised message. It’s a piece of paper and they hand wrote on it! Definitely not sending it with gift since it looks like a child’s writing. If I wanted handwriting on it I’d of done myself. Should not be charging people for that.

I apologise that you're not satisfied with the handwritten message. We introduced the ‘handwritten’ option based on customer requests for a personal touch when sending gifts directly. The £1 fee helps cover costs. We appreciate your feedback and will consider offering both handwritten and printed messages.

I absolutely LOVE my new bracelet with my son’s name on it. I actually loved it so much, I ordered another for my mum. The bracelet itself is very high quality and I will 10000% be back for more. They make such lovely gifts ❤️

Great products
Ordered a necklace and a few bracelets as gifts and the quality is amazing. All the different chains are great and mean you can mix and match the styles. Lovely packaging for gifts too! Will be ordering more items!
