Happy with the purchase

The personalised necklace is just so pretty, and although I've not given it to my granddaughter yet for her 8th birthday next month, I just know she'll love it. Service was excellent, communication excellent and the product looks excellent too.

My Daughter asked for a silver necklace for Xmas and sent me the link to (HBD) I was at first a little sceptical to order from the website as usually I go to a main high street jewellery shop. I have to say the website was easy to navigate round a lot of choice and very reasonable in prices. I was keep up to date with my order process from the day I ordered until it was delivered, this whole process took around 5 days . I ordered the gift box and bag along with the necklace it arrived yesterday the quality is very good it’s exactly as it looks on the website I am really pleased with it , lovely piece of jewellery. I will definitely be ordering from Hay big Day again in the future. I definitely recommend ordering from this company you won’t be disappointed
