Haz interiors sell authentic handmade rugs all the way from Morocco - They travelled a long way from origin to our home, we received ours today and it has completely changed our living room. Couldn’t be happier! Highly recommended, support this lovely small business <3

Amazing amazing quality rug, handmade and beautiful. Also the pricing is incredibly fair - takes time to be made and sent but worth the wait.

I ordered a rug in 2022, the promised timescale came and went with no communication, I constantly had to chase for updates. Eventually I requested my rug be refunded, this email was ignored until I chased it, then I had to wait 7-10 days for the refund, which never came. I was told to wait 48 more hours so Haz could “manually override” the refund, once again claiming I had been refunded when I had not. In the end I contacted my credit card who opened a case with Haz and I recovered my money that way. I wouldn’t trust this business

We are extremely happy with the rug that we ordered. We ordered in early January and received the rug approx 2 months later due to the fact that these rugs are sourced, packaged then despatched from Morocco with all the complications and potential delays that can involve. Lina was on call to keep me updated whenever I asked for progress reports. If/when I am looking to purchase another rug, I would buy from Haz Interiors and Lina again.

So I did get a gorgeous rug, but it did take longer than expected. I was worried because of the other reviews about not receiving theirs and I went some time without not really knowing when it was arriving/being told it would be X weeks and it wasn’t. I think there could be more transparency about how the status of the rug remains unknown for a long time due to customs etc. The rug is slightly different dimensions than I was told when I ordered - was told 198x260 and rug is 220x254, but for me this is not an issue at all
antonia and thanks for your O.

So pleased with the beautiful rug we have received. Although there was a delay in delivery, my questions and concerns were always answered promptly. Trust the process! The rug was totally worth the wait.

I have just received a second stunning rug from Haz interiors, the first one I ordered took so long I got a refund,(at this time I searched for reviews and there were none on here) the second one was already in the UK so I received it within days of buying it and then ordered another pretty much straight away, this has taken 9 months to get to me and I wasn't in a hurry to get it but contacted Lina after reading reviews on here to say that I am sure most customers are like me and would just like updates on timescale. I have never thought it was a scam but more a business that could be run a little better that has been hit by brexit! The rugs are amazing and if you time it right with her amazing offers and aren't in a hurry to receive it you will get such a bargain!
