I wish I saw these reviews before buying something. I bought something a year ago and have been getting the run around about it ever since. I guess I have to roll over and accept the fact that I'm never getting my item or my money back. I'm done buying things from anyone except Amazon.

I lost $50.00 from them and they just stopped responding to me. You cannot trust them to send you what you paid for. THEY ARE CROOKS AND STEAL FROM YOU! I feel they stole the money.

I order a product from Hazel Harper in 18/3/17 and its still has not arrived and they keep telling me its on its way. the tracking number provided says that it has arrived in Australia but the Australian couriers are unable to find it. I have complianed to many organisations however no one has done anything to date. I would not be buying anything from this company. its a total scam and fake.

I place an order with them 6 months ago and have not received it yet. I have emailed them 6 or 7 time and and asked for a refund and they say it is on the way and can't refund until they get the product back. The last email I received from them was 2 months ago. I have emailed them twice since and they have not replied back. This company is a scam do NOT order anything from them.

I placed an order for the black head exterminator June 5, 2017... It is now October 30 and I still have not received the package! I have contacted the company multiple times for a refund and they just keep saying "it's on its way" Don't waste your money on a company that doesn't give you anything!
