Dont waste your money or effort dealing with this company . The transparent jewellery box I ordered is not worth even £5.00 let alone the £44.95 I paid for it. Cheap flimsy plastic which would fall over holding even something like paper clips …. It is fit for nothing but the recycling bin. A total and rotten fraud .

This is a scam company with an address and phone number registered in Leeds that is fake. Products do not come from Leeds, it arrived on an aeroplane according to tracking. They did send me something, but it is not as described and basically tat. They say they offer a refund but when you email, they just send nonsensical AI return mails and now have stopped responding.

Absolutely shocking company- do not buy from them. Ordered an item on 13 September, no communication about it being dispatched. Followed up 2 weeks later, they don't reply until you get shirty and want to complain, then they just circle round the issue, not giving any further information about whether your item will even be sent. When you ask for a refund they say they need to check if this is possible depending on the progress of the order- but they can offer you a massive 20% back as a refund on an item they have never even posted. Complete scam artists- avoid!

Havendon has been an absolute nightmare. I purchased a 3D puzzle from Havendon with a guaranteed delivery date of a few days later. The order never arrived. I contacted them to find out what had happened, and since then I have been going around in circles for weeks. Every time they reply, they ask me for the order number and all my details — information they should already have on their system. To make matters worse, they repeatedly refer to my order as “#UNKNOWN”. I have requested a refund several times, yet instead of resolving the issue, they simply send another response asking me for the same order details again. It is completely unacceptable and incredibly frustrating. Weeks later, I am still no closer to receiving my order or getting my money back. The company is based in Hong Kong, which may explain why the responses feel so impersonal and scripted — they read more like automated bot replies than genuine customer service. Regardless, the experience has been incredibly frustrating and completely unacceptable. After weeks of chasing them, I am still no closer to receiving my order or getting a refund. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise people to think twice before ordering from Havendon. The customer service has been appalling, the handling of my order has been completely unacceptable, and the whole experience has been an exhausting waste of time. Do not trust this company with your money. Stay away.

First of all ,before my order had arrived I was being asked to give a review and I would receive a 50% discount! Not happy with this company at all ,their prices say a certain price which is slashed and then a lower price is given . No way was the item worth that amount in the first place . Poor materials used and when in contact with the company, although it looks like they are cooperating but really they want questions answered and pictures sent and basically mess you about till you give up .. I thought it was a British company with goods already in the shop but they ordered them in from china .
