The salesperson, Mikey, at Hempstead Discount Wine and Liquor on 7/10/2026 was very warm and welcoming. I have been there before with people standing around to sample customers but was never interested, they never interested me or motivated me to try. I went there for my Titos Vodka but he was so sweet and had a warm smile and asked me to sample, which I did. I sampled a bit of the regular Jim Beam, the Pineapple, and Orange. Was conflicted because I mainly drink vodka or something that has meaningfull to me. Needless to say, beside the vodka that I went in for I brought a bottle of the Jim Beam. That might actually be my next drink because I will remember that is was served with a smile and I was having a bad day.
