I honestly wish I could give negative stars. Purchased an Escort shotgun and it didn't work right out the box. Returned to them they sent back to me still inoperable. Now they are completely ignoring all attempts to communicate.

Substandard Products Unethical Business Practices
The Hatsan Factor RC held air for about 90 days then spontaneously blew an O-ring seal. Warranty request form on their website is disabled permanently. The phone number is not answers and messages are not returned.
Finally found an email address and got an RMA. After a month between shipping and shop time the air rifle would not take air upon return and had several loose screws. Immediately started leaking from bleed screw. Tightened and attempts to fill and o-ring seal blew out. Removed bottle to find regulator assembly was not screwed in to receiver. Returned again. Air rifle was shipped to wrong address despite putting correct new address on RMA. Gun was recovered luckily. Returned charged with air. Gun worked about a weak before seal blew out again.
HatsanUSA ignored my emails after the third failure until I contacted the Better Business Bureau. At that point their “CEO” Rayburn Blaine Manifold answered in a belligerent manner accusing me of not following instructions in the manual and insulting personally. Rayburn Manifold wrote that he didn’t want or need business from “Karens” like me.
Needless to say I’m completely shocked by this behavior. Absolute worse costumer service experience I’ve ever had. Stay away from these people and their substandard products.

Hats off to Hatsan, NOT
Recently purchased some breech seals and 4 tins of pellets. Received only the breech seals and NOTHING ELSE. I've tried to contact customer service but only get automated response, I've also left numerous
voicemails and received NO RESPONSE. It's funny because this was my first order with the company and they failed. I'm out $34 with lessons learned, read reviews before making purchases and use PayPal to help secure refunds smoothly.

Avoid Hatsan at all costs.
Avoid Hatsan at all costs.
Like the other reviewers I've had nothing but problems with Hatsan.
These guys sent me an incomplete order. I emailed, called, and left web portal massages for at least two weeks. Not one single reply.
On a hunch I send them an email from a work email address during business hours and they responded right away. Red flag.
Hatsan had one job, put some orings in a bag. How do you fail at counting?
The reviews on Facebook, Google, the BBB, and the rest of the internet sum it up perfectly. Words like "unprofessional", "terrible", "junk", "rude", are often seen amongst reviews online. Red flag.
Also, look how Hatsan attacks reviewers and argues with them rather than take ownership and fix issues with tact. Red flag.
As with many other reviews, replies from Hatsan will most likely be defensive, snarky, and claim to have been contacted after hours. They will probably claim to be more than willing to refund me and place the sole responsibility on me for the breakdown in communication.
Hatsan will continue to fabricate a complex story about how a fake spam account is plotting against them and leaving bad reviews.
These types of rebuttals seem common from Hatsan. Another huge red flag.
The lengths Hatsan will go through to not refund $20 is sad.

Purchased a Hatsan 95 From Pyramyd Air
Purchased a Hatsan 95 From Pyramyd Air. . .attached Scope used it about 100 to 150 shots. Pellets were spraying. So I detached scope and tried iron sites.
Found the iron sites had to go all the way to the left in order to hit Bullseye. After a few more shots, noticed the barrel was not solid on the forearm, Discovered the Bolt had broken in two. Looking closer, I discovered the barrel of the Hatsan 95 had a slight twist in it, which caused my rear sight to be moved all the way left. This would have never been discovered if I had not removed the scope and tried iron sights.
Twice I have tried to contact Hatsan I filled out their form twice, and never got any response at all. Gun IS in warranty, and even if it wasn't, they SHOULD fix the barrel out of manufacturer error.
They should also be willing to send me ONE bolt to fix my barrel to my forearm.
What is bad, is the bolt is HOLLOW, and since it is hollow, it is much weaker than a solid. What they did is have a nut screw on a hollow bolt, and a Phillips head screw screw into the hollow part for maybe decoration.
It really irks me I spend over 200 dollars for a Hatsan 95 QE gas piston gun, and I can't even shoot it. It is new enough, that it is still dieseling from the oils they put in it for shipping and storing.
Thus, Extremely POOR service. POOR manufacturing detail, and POOR response.

Rifle suffers from very poor quality…
Rifle suffers from very poor quality control, all mechanisms are rough and sloppy, the cylinder seals failed because they were damaged during assembly, they didn't even use any grease on them. The trigger assembly is very flimsy plastic, incredibly cheap manufacturing.

Biggest POS company ever
Biggest POS company ever. Purchased a a 22 rifle in the USA not spec for USA. Ammunition blew up both magazines and they won’t replace it or the rifle. They want me to send it in and charge a $70.00 cleaning fee and ream the bore. What a crock of chit!

Horrible unreliable products
Horrible unreliable products. My model 95 is 2 years old with only 50 pellets through it. It's out of warranty and the vortex piston has failed. They want $90 plus shipping to fix a $200 gun. Garbage product. DO NOT BUY
