Received multiple hats from HH in a single order with glaring defects in manufacturing in 2 out of 3: broken stitching, crushed buckram, and blobs of glue on the front panels. Just a quality control disaster. Attempted a return via their website and instead of getting an RA number the system message read, "order number not recognized." I then emailed them to explain the issues WITH PHOTOS and requested a return. No response. I finally had to refer the matter to my credit card company for resolution. I won't be doing any business with this rotten company ever again. *Addendum: I posted a 1-star review of the product in question so other consumers would know what to expect (and avoid), but Hat Heaven scrubs poor reviews so that all you see is 5-stars. My review vanished. Hat Heaven is a fraudulent enterprise and should be avoided.

They advertise a lot on a ton of different sites but there hats are NEVER in stock. I've been waiting over 6 months for a particular hat to be in stock. Hat Heaven 👎🏽

My previous 2 experiences doing business with this company were great and no problems. The latest experience?? HORRIBLE!! Hats ordered 9/14/26. Shipped 9/15/26. Out for delivery from Post Office 9/17/26. Package going from the Bronx to NJ it's not like it's going to the other end of earth!! I never received them and the status from tracking has not changed. Its now 10/4/26. Informed HH Customer Service they tell me to go to the Post Office to find out what happened. After going there and leaving my contact info they sent me an email stating there was no delivery scan for my package and to contact the merchant about reimbursement or reshipment, with the email being proof of non-receipt. I forwarded this to HH Customer Service and haven't heard a thing from them. So now I contacted the CC company that I used to pay for the hats and filed a dispute for this charge. Have all the supporting documentation and will be getting my money back and never buying anything from them again...

Wrong size hat was sent to me. Would not take a return as they said it had been worn. Awful customer service. Do not buy from them.

Never receive my 2 hats ordered. Customer service just ignoring my emails and won’t give my money back… very disappointed with this company…

I received a defective hat from Hat Heaven. The strips of fabric that cross each other on the inside of the hat were stitched to the shell in such a way that it created rumpled (not wrinkled, but permanently rumpled) fabric on 3 of 4 sides of the hat. And the logo on the back (the little baseball logo) was crooked. All told it looked like a counterfeit one might by on Canal St. in NYC. I returned it, and was sent an email saying it had been refunded. I never received a refund, but the hat was then returned to me with a note saying an inspector saw signs of wear on the inside sweatband. I certainly did try the hat on and wore it around my house, in part to see if what looked like bad stitching might flatten out. It did not, because it was bad stitching! I don't understand how the inspectors wouldn't see this. I'd attach pictures if I could. I sent the company pictures, pointing this out (hoping it was a bad inspector) and they never responded! I have several other 59Fifty hats that do not have these issues. Any signs of wear -- which I didn't even see -- should have been irrelevant anyway, because one would hope they'd not try to resell a defective hat with bad stitching and a crooked baseball logo! If a company sends a bad product and then remedies the situation, they deserve grace. S#!t happens. But not standing by one's products and ignoring emails despite the evidence of a problem is just not right and not good business. I'm sharing my experience to help others avoid the same fate. Shop here at your own risk. I definitely don't recommend risking your $50-60.

These cheap hats I paid good money for are more like an Halloween costume store hat. They sent them to me in a plastic bag NOT! In a box, they were destroyed when I received them. Absolutely junk. Not worth the money. Good luck returning theses. They don’t respond to you at customer service at all.

Order was supposed to be delivered a week ago. I was getting shipping updates every 5 minutes it seemed like. Now that it hasn’t showed up on time no updates. Still says in transit.
