I can confirm that our orders are shipped directly from the US. All of our shipments should include a packing slip with instructions on how to return an order if desired. We previously shared certain customer information with approved third-party partners, as noted in our privacy policy. However, we’ve since updated our privacy policy to strengthen customer protections. We no longer share data in this way, and any data that is shared is done solely with trusted partners who help us process and fulfill orders, or if your information is entered in a shared giveaway. That’s not the experience we want for our customers, and we appreciate you bringing it to our attention. HATCH is happy to offer returns on all items, except those clearly marked as final sale. At this time, we offer free exchanges for all U.S. orders and merchandise credit (with the exception of final sale items) on international orders. We completely understand how this can be frustrating, and expanding exchange and refund options for international customers is something we’re actively working toward.
