Great product with an even better price. Very please with my purchase!

My transaction with Haspel was unnecessarily and needlessly challenging. I experienced 5 specific obstacles; first - I attempted to purchase a suit (i.e. pants & jacket). I was able to select and place both the pants and the jacket in my cart. It was not until I completed my check-out I learned the jacket was no longer available in my size. Second, the "Shop" service Hapsel leverages required me to complete a separate registration process with multiple steps of identity registration / verification plus also download and re-register and re-validate my identity with the "Shop" mobile application to actually track my transaction. It was far more repeated steps than on any other on-line service I'm aware. Third, I paid for the 2nd day air delivery. Unfortunately, only 1 of my items was delivered 2nd day - the remaining items came weeks later. Fourth, I registered on the Haspel website and asked to be notified with the jacket I would like is back in stock. Although I received validated of my registration, when I attempt to sign-in, the Haspel website does not recognize me nor does it recognize my email address. Fifth, with my shipping, "Shop", and Haspel website challenges I attempted to call Haspel directly with the phone number provided. Their service hours are limited and I experienced protracted hold times requiring me to end my call prior to actually speaking with anyone. .

Have always loved Haspel!!

The suit coat was fine. I had to return the pants as they were too tight. I usually wear a 34R but decided to order 36R. Even that was too tight, so I had to return it. I tried to exchange it for 38R, but it was changed to a refund. The dress shirt I ordered was out of my size.

This was my first time shopping Haspel’s and I ordered a pair of shorts for my husband. They were a great fit (true to size) and looked exactly as pictured! I wanted them to match shorts I had bought my young son from a different retailer, and they were about as close as possible! So we were very happy with this purchase! Also, customer service was outstanding-very quick to respond and helpful in every way! Great company that I would recommend to friends and will continue to shop with whenever I can!

Website experience is irrational and confusing. FedEx is not helping your business. Please look in to overhauling your website and changing a shipping carrier to better support your business
