Amazing customer experience, received wrong size and responded quickly and sent correct size. Quality and material feel great.

The shirt was beautiful and well made. HOWEVER, the sizing was a travesty. I can’t imagine in what universe this shirt is considered a XXL. It was at best a LARGE and an argument can be made that it’s a loose fitting MEDIUM.

I recently purchased (or instructed the purchase of) 7 seersucker suits for my wedding. 5 of us will be in Blue while the other 2 will be in green. In addition, I purchased 7 pocket squares from Haspel to go with the newly purchased suits. Until September, I had not heard of Haspel. What was described to me as a "drought" in blue seersucker material led me to your doors. Will Swillie assured me that he could have our suits by December 6th (10 days before my wedding). Since that promise he and Jen Remington have been on top of the factory to get our suits specially made and fulfill that promise. They have taken my calls, called the factory, and assured me in every way that I have needed. They are a testament to great service and should be two people that Haspel should be very proud to have representing the brand. Thank you to both of them and thank you for such great suits!

I have a fav haspel suit. These mens pajamas were ill fitting, poor quality and oversized pants.

had to call your location to get credit for an email discount promotion you had offered and your representative was very helpful and quick to resolve the issue.

Quality product and fast service

I needed to exchange three pairs of pants to a larger size. The exchange was efficient with friendly and individualized customer service.
