I’ve recently started working with Jake at Hartford Capital and my experience so far has been exceptional. Jake has been extremely patient and clear throughout my investment decision and process. I have since made an additional investment with Jake and hope to work with him again in the future. Excellent customer service!

I was really impressed with the service that I received from Hartford Capital Group following enquiries that I had made regarding the purchase of an off plan property. Ryan was with me every step of the way, ensuring that I understood the process, chasing the solicitors, explaining unfamiliar terms and processes and communicating with the developers. I eventually chose a unit and recently exchanged contracts! Many thanks Ryan! I would thoroughly recommend using Hartford Capital Group and I am looking at doing business with them again soon. Ryan made the entire process stress free and seamless!

I'm very pleased with the service and diligence of Mr. William and his team at Hartford capital group. He has much patience and nothing is too difficult. He took time to tell me and my family about the Vera Mitchell Apartments in Leicester and to provide rental and population statistics. We will purchase soon again. Thank you.

Big thank you to Ryan for his professional guidance through out the process of my flat purchase. He was patient to explain areas of the transaction i need support and was available even on weekends. As a buyer not based in the UK, he provided all the information required to take an informed decision. I look forward to hopefully another transaction with Hartford Capital Group in future.

So far the service provided by Jake was flawless. He is knowledgeable and helpful, guiding me through the proceedings with ease. Based on my experience, I would highly recommend Hartford Capital to others and look forward to continued collaboration

The staff at Hartford Capital Group was friendly, helpful and efficient in their after-sales care. They promptly addressed any issues and ensured everything moved quickly for me. Overall, it was great service.

Helpful and lots of factual information. We have been looking in the United Kingdom for some time but have not felt comfortable until now. Jake answered all our questions directly and promptly and provided plenty of supporting information. Our best experience.

From start to finish, Hartford capital demonstrated professionalism. With their help, I acquired my first investment property in the Vera Mitchell Building in Leicester, and the dedicated team, particularly Ryan, ensured that the process went smoothly. Highly recommended!
