Hi John, You ordered a Seydel Solist Pro key of D on Sunday 11/26, your order was shipped 11/27 and delivered 12/1. This model sells for $47.90 on our website here: https://harmonicaland.com/en/seydel-blues-solist-pro-harmonica This is a 10 hole harmonica not a 12 hole, we did send exactly what you ordered. Seydel makes a 12 hole model called the Solist pro 12 that sells for $104.90 here: https://harmonicaland.com/en/solist-pro-12-steel-seydel From what I understand that's the model you wanted to order. You left this review on 12/11 at 3am I'm replying 7hours later, I left you a voicemail and also sent you an email to try to help you out. Please reach out to us if you want this solved. In your review you are claiming we sent the wrong harmonica but we did not!
