Excellent work by all involved. Perfect installation and the installers were very careful about everything and kept everything very clean and neat. Unit works perfectly as advertised and we were given clear instructions and "training" on how to best use it.

This lift is exceptional in its ease of use and the degree of freedom it now gives me.

Both the salesman and installer were very nice and friendly.

I think it's helpful but it's hard getting my 83 year old mom to get used to it. She finds it difficult when she gets to the top of the steps because she has to turn the chair herself to get out. It would be better if the chair evened out at the landing at the top of the stairs so she didn't have to turn the chair. She has alzheimers so trying to teach her how to use the chair has been challenging.
