Funny when you try and enter only one star it doesn’t let you leave a review! It took several months to get the sweaters I ordered. I emailed many times inquiring but customer service does not respond. You can’t reach them by phone because they’re in China and on opposite time zones. Finally received the sweaters and the packaging was sliced open straight through to the sweater! Emailed customer service twice with photos of the damage and got no response! Even if the sweaters weren’t damaged, they’re very itchy. Don’t waste your money on this company. Beyond horrible customer service.

The clothes are not as pictured. Some are close and was willing to keep those, but few are actually as pictured. They swore up and down when I was asking on Facebook that they were a US based company, but when I wanted to return the ones that were too different, they wanted me to pay the shipping all the way back to China. I called them on the lie and they just ignored my complaint and offered me $60 out of a $350 order to simply go away. This is a CHINA company using FAKE pictures.

Delivery was timely. Products were much smaller in sizing. Had to give away most. Quality was fairly good in most but sizing is wonky.

The fit was not correct. I’m a solid medium in all brands. I read it might fit smaller so I ordered a large. The large is still snug which is not what I wanted for a sweater. Additionally, the sleeves were several inches too short as was the overall length of the sweaters. Would not purchase again.

It took some time for delivery, but it came nicely wrapped. The two dresses and top I ordered were true to size. Wasn't a big fan of the material used for both dresses...kind of cheap looking

I purchased a dress. It was terrible once received. The fabric shown on the site is not the fabric the garment is actually made of. Getting a refund is extremely difficult. Satisfaction is NOT guaranteed. I won't buy from them again.

Hit and miss with their products…good luck trying to return them! Instead of a refund for two unwearable items they offered my 8 usd$ …laughable! So much for their return policy. Shop else wear!!!
