Refunds for damaged items should be non-negotiable
I had a terrible experience with Harlora. I received 4 items. 2 of the 4 were damaged and I attempted to get refund. The only way to reach the company was by email, and we had, literally weeks, of back & forth to get this issue resolved. I provided photos of the damaged items. They kept trying to negotiate the $ amount of the refund and we went back and forth for what seemed like forever. The final result was: I did not get a single dollar for a refund and they stopped responding to my emails. All I can say is that I was so angry that I got "screwed". No refund and 2 damaged items totaling $80.
