Annette, I'm sorry you were not happy with the Carmex Lip Balm in the tube (3 Pack) you ordered. Was something else shipped to you? What is misleading? that comment is very vague. We are a very customer-focused company with many 5 star reviews and we take all reviews seriously, the good & bad so if it was a product you were unhappy with you should have reached out to us, we would have taken care of it for you.
