I never got my product
I never got my product. I even asked them to put my number on my package so that i could get it but they refused. I told them never again and I never will. I told them they were a scam. I still believe it too. Now they want to charge me 15% to restock my item and take out shipping and handling. So this is a bad business and I do not recommend this company to anyone. If you need something, go to another online health store. NOT THIS PLACE!

Reginald, Let's be honest about this. You contacted us after your shipment went out, you checked your tracking number and realized it was on its way back to us because you failed to put your PO Box number in when you were entering your address. My response to you regarding your address was; I can't call the Post Office and ask them to track down your shipment to put your correct address on it, as I said it doesn't work that way. So the reason you never received your product is because YOU did not put the correct address in. We did what we were supposed to and that is fulfill your order and ship it out. As for the shipping charges & 15% restocking fee, it clearly states on our website under our return/refund policy that if the incorrect address is put in and returned to us a refund will be issued once the product arrives at our facility minus the shipping charges & a 15% restocking fee https://hargravesotc.com/pages/return-refund-policy So to sum it up, we are not a bad business. We are a very reputable company that has policies in place as any other business does. These policies are put in place to protect us and our customers.
