Susan, I have never received an email or phone call from you stating you never received your package, so instead of leaving us a 1 star review for something we didn't know about perhaps you could have looked up the information first or contacted us. It looks like your order was delivered to you on 6/8/2020. I have copied and pasted the info from USPS below. Daniel, I don't recall getting an email from you regarding your order. You placed your order with us on May 10, 2020 at 12:59 am, it was fulfilled and sent to USPS on May 11th. An email was sent to you with your tracking number so you can see where your package is at all times. If you click on your tracking number you will see that not only was there a scan today for your package, but you will also see the Alert posted from USPS stating "ALERT: DUE TO LIMITED TRANSPORTATION AVAILABILITY AS A RESULT OF NATIONWIDE COVID-19 IMPACTS, PACKAGE DELIVERY TIMES MAY BE EXTENDED", So, you gave us a 1 star review because USPS is running behind in deliveries.? We have NO CONTROL over USPS and when they deliver your package to you. It also states in our shipping policy that USPS deliveries are running behind, so instead of 3-5 business days it could take up to 8-12 business days. As a business, you hope that customers will give a review based on what you do and have control over; which is what products we have to offer, price, and timeliness of fulfilling your order. Chuck, Let me start by saying, we are not a shipping company we are a reputable online company that provides OTC products at a great price and fulfills orders. Shipping companies include USPS, UPS & Fed-Ex. You placed an order on our website on May 6 @ 9:23 am and your order went out the same day. After the packages leave our facility we have no control over them and when they are delivered to you. Your package was returned back to us because you had input an insufficient address. Regarding refunds, it clearly states on our Return/Refund Policy page that if an address is input incorrectly and sent back to us we will issue a refund minus shipping charges and a 15% restocking fee. These policies are put into place for a reason. https://hargravesotc.com/pages/return-refund-policy Yes, we will get product back, you can follow the tracking number that was emailed to you and you can see when we receive it back.
