Angela, Your package was sent out on July 20, 2020 and because you are in the UK shipments are taking anywhere from 14-28 days due to the Covid-19 Pandemic (as it states on our website) and on Globelogistics tracking as well https://globetrak.globegisticsinc.com/GgTracking.aspx?track=LX230037659US You should have received an email from us that your package was being shipped, sometimes these emails are put in spam due to your system not recognizing the email address. You also have shipping insurance through Route Shipping Protection and should have received an email from them as well with real time tracking information. I did look to see if we received an email from you , we did today August 4th @ 6:21 & 6:22 am and didn't respond due to our Customer Service Dept wasn't open yet. Our hours of operation are Monday-Friday 8 am-5 pm EST. With that being said, both of your items were shipped.

Sajida, We have been in contact on a weekly basis, sometimes daily. This International order is showing that it's still on it's way to you. As we have discussed, this shipment has been in Asendia's possession for almost 4 weeks now, I have been in contact with Asendia and due to the Covid-19 Pandemic all scans and deliveries are extended, as it states on their website. I completely understand how frustrating this is, as we are feeling the affects of these delayed shipments as well with the bad reviews we are getting because of the shipping companies. Unfortunately, once the shipments leave our facility we have no control over them, but we are working with Asendia on getting the scans updated.

Jeff, We do understand how frustrating it is when you pay for Priority Mail and don't receive it in the time frame stated. You placed the order on our store on July 7th and it was processed and mailed out the same day. Unfortunately, it was held up at Fort Worth, TX USPS facility for 6 days. Once the package leaves our facility we have no control over when USPS delivers, especially with Covid-19, all deliveries could be extended. All you had to do was reach out to us. I have issued you a refund for the difference in cost of standard shipping vs priority shipping. You will see the credit on your credit card that was used to purchase the product within the next 3 business days. Stay well Hargraves Online Healthcare

Matthew, Please be aware of USPS delivery times are extended due to Covid-19, it states this on our website as well as USPS website. When you enter your tracking number on USPS website it states this in bold lettering and is highlighted red. It's unfortunate but not unusual that your delivery is delayed and we know how frustrating this can be. Regarding your email, I do apologize for the delay in response. The extra shipping charges will be refunded to your credit card that was used for the transaction. This will take 3-5 business days to show on our credit card. I'm sorry you feel our customer service is disgusting, it's not . A lot of times with emails they are put into spam or are missed (not purposely), we have hundreds of emails we are answering on a daily basis with a limited staff like a lot of other businesses right now. We do have our shipping & missing or lost packages policies available on our website 24/7 as a reference when our offices are closed after 5 and on the weekends. Jamie, Let's be honest here. You contacted us via email asking for a refund because your package hasn't arrived yet. It clearly states on our website & USPS website that all deliveries are delayed due to Covid-19. And as for customer support telling you no refunds ot that there is nothing further we could do is a fabrication.
