James, I'm not sure what you are referring to. You placed your order for 2 bottles of Zinc on Friday, April 9th at 3:35 pm. You chose expedited shipping, which is 2-3 BUSINESS DAYS. Because you ordered it on Friday after 3 pm you technically shouldn't have received it until Wednesday, April 15th because as our policy state any orders received after 3 pm will go out the next business day, which would have been Monday. But, in fact you received it early on Monday, April 13th. Our team has been working very hard to make sure all our shipments go out the same day because we understand how important this product is to our customers during this Pandemic. Our shipping policy on our website CLEARLY states how long it takes for expedited shipping. I would suggest checking out the company's shipping policies before leaving reviews. Jerry, it looks like your package is lost in the USPS world. This is not unusual right now due to the Post Office is very overwhelmed with shipments. We understand how frustrating this can be and we feel it to every time when we get a 1 star review for the Post Office not delivering on time. We cannot control what happens to the shipments after they leave our facility. We received your order, fulfilled it and shipped it out within a day. We also have it posted on our website that shipments may take longer to get to you due to the amount of packages being processed on a daily basis due to the Coronavirus. I would suggest contacting the Post Office, give them your tracking #, they would be able to help you better track down the package. Again, not our fault USPS doesn't deliver on time.

Sandra, I'm not sure what that means. You placed your order with us for Zicam on 4/1/2020 and you received your order 2 days later on 4/3/2020. You received the correct product and in quarantine times when we are our busiest you still received your order in 2 days. That's how good our service is. Kathy, The Sambucol Elderberry supplements you ordered have an expiration date of 8/2021 and were tamper sealed. I'm not sure why they would be on the hard side and not taste as fresh as we get them from a Pharmaceutical Distributor as do the drug stores. Unfortunately, we have no control over the texture of the gummies, we do not manufacture them we just sell them. I'm glad you received your order in a timely matter! We did our job by getting them to you in time! Stay well
