Well well well. It’s about time I wrote my review. I ordered two samurai cute pants and to be completely honest I loved them lest the problems. The white color kinda faded, the seams and threads fray without any hard wearing, and the large size is too big but the small size is too tight

De kleding is mooi, maar lage kwaliteit. Verder is het veel handwas. Ze reageren bovendien niet op retour mails, dus verwacht niet te kunnen retouren. Bewerking: Reactie gekregen voor retour zending.

A fairly decent shop. I would buy form them again, but here are my issues: I bought 3 pants. Two of them lost A LOT of color after I hand washed them 5 times. Yes you read that right. I had to wash them 5 times before the washing water wasn't a mix of bright colors. The button on one of the pants pockets fell off, almost immediately after I opened it. The quality is so-so.

I have ordered twice and really like all of the Harem style pants, not so keen on the fit of the shorts or sweat pants. I returned a pair of the palazzo pants for an exchange and had to contact them to prompt action as the Royal Mail tracking system showed they had received the return around 3 weeks before. I then had to email them my proof of returns receipt (even though they had the item I returned). I did however, receive my exchange which I am very happy with.

I think there might be some miscommunication there. We issue refunds as soon as proof of return is provided (aka the proof shipping receipt). So as soon as you prove that you've shipped the items back, we refund the purchase. This ideally should make it faster for customers to receive the refund, as they don't have to wait until we receive the items. The return address in UK we provided European isn't our main warehouse. It's just provided as convenience so customers in that region don't need to ship returns back to Thailand. That would cost more and take longer. We provided a similar United States return location for customers in North America, and we have one in Australia as well. This is another reason we do the refunds upon proof of return, instead of waiting for the items to arrive. Those addresses don't have ability to process refunds, nor do they confirm to us what's received daily. So our support staff just following policy. I think we could word our support replies better to make this more clear for our customers though. I do see how this could be a little confusing. Here's that info: Claim Your Refund: Email us this back with your order number and a list of the items you returned. Be sure to provide us a proof of return (photo of receipts, packages, or other associated documents) and we will process the refund right away.
