Hi Bill. We don't really check Trust Pilot often so sorry for the delay. You sent us an email on Aug 26, 2021 at 4:30am our time. We replied Aug 26, 2021, 7:20 am our time. Here was our response: "Hello Bill, Please send us a picture of the defective or damaged item and we can issue a refund Sorry for the inconvenience. Thanks," We received no reply after that. Our support ticket says Customer viewed on Aug 27, 2021 @ 0:11, although I don't assume you viewed the response. Perhaps it ended up in your spam folder or got lost in the ether. If you did reply back with a photo of proof of damaged item, a refund would have been done, or a replacement sent at no cost to you. We refund or replace any defective items, this is our policy.

Hi Laurie, We are sorry you are not happy with the sizing of our products. Most of our pants are one-size-fits-most. The design varies, so the measurement is listed individually on each product's description section. Some products may run quite large for someone size XS. But most should fit size S-XL. Regardless of the current sizing, I will pass this along to our production team so we can improve our sizing in the future. If you did receive the defect item which sizing wasn't as stated, please send us an email at [email protected]. Our support staff will assist you shortly. If that wasn't the case, we have a policy of no questions asked returns. If you don't like the item and it has not been altered, and you have the ability to return the item.
