Most disappointing online shopping experience ever!
I ordered 2 pairs of leggings. I’m a size 12/13, ordered regular size. They looked like a child’s size 5-6. I have pictures of the waist being 3 coffee coasters long! Went to review in their website, but couldn’t find the pants I bought online, so reviewed on Facebook, my review was no where to be found. They say free shipping but I paid over $22 import fees, & if I can return them in time, I’ll be paying for that too. DO NOT BUY THE REGULAR LEGGINGS IF YOU ARE A REGULAR NORTH AMERICAN WOMAN!!!!

I had bought from them before and was so excited to get more of the harem pants. I tried out a new style (that’s on me), but when I didn’t like the style began the exchange process. The pants I asked for in exchange went out of stock AFTER my pants had arrived and I had received no contact when they did. I asked for an update and they confirmed they had the pair I sent back. Yet when I sent the link for the ones I wanted and asked if I could still get them somehow I stopped receiving emails back. I had to start a new email thread with a crazy subject to get a response. Wow how nice of them to just ignore exchanges they won’t process!
After I said I just wanted a refund because I wasn’t happy with the process and the fact that they wouldn’t have run the exchange from the start when I identified the pair I’d like from day 1 of the return process. Not a single apology and it took between 2-7 days to hear back on an email... If they would even email back.
I don’t care anymore about their product quality, I wouldn’t risk buying from a place where the costumer service reps will just ignore you!

I'll defend our support staff when I think they did a good job, but with your case I can't.
We did not handle your request/return properly and for that I understand the frustration on your end.
I just had a talk with another member of our team and we will figure out a way to improve issues like yours in the future. Thank you for bringing this to our attention.
One of the issues we've had in the past, were trying to get better at, is when a customer sends in a request, that we let the customer know we received it and are dealing with it, but it may take a day or two. When you sent in your initial request, we started the process to handle it, but we did not make you aware of this. Mess up #1.
Second mess up, is that the person who handed off the request did not receive a response and didn't follow up. Thus allowing the issue to linger. They were not proactive about handling it. Mess up #2.
And yes, your exchange unfortunately is out of stock. Mess up #3.
So ya, no excuses, we messed up. 1 star deserved. I'm sorry.

This company are scamming people out of their money. Items are not as advertised and the company wont allow you to return them.

The items on our site are the items which will be sent to customers. Unless there was a mistake on our part and we packed the wrong item.
If you did receive the wrong item, send an email with a photo of the wrong product you received to our support staff and they'll reship the proper item at no cost.
As for returns, we have a policy of no questions asked returns. If you don't like the item and it has not been altered you have the ability to return the item. We have a return address in the US and one in Thailand.
If for ever reason this was not your experience please provide me with some information so I can look up your order and see how it was handled.

I've ordered from Harem Pants before
I've ordered from Harem Pants before. I want to make clear, I LOVE THEIR PRODUCTS. I'm wearing a pair right now. My problem is payment and contact. I was given a Visa gift card and I tried using it on Harempants website only to have it read as declined. The card is active and ready to use. So there's THAT issue. I tried to email them as this is the ONLY way to contact them and they haven't answered. I'm at a loss. I need to talk to them to work this out but it appears they make it difficult to rectify issues.
So, they don't like gift cards backed by credit card companies and they don't make it easy to contact them. My only hope is that they maybe see this and possibly make it so they can take me perfectly legit payment method. I really want to give them my business!

We answer all emails. Occasionally they can get filtered out by spam filters, but 99% of them don't.

As for your payment issue, I'm not sure how to help. Perhaps if it's getting declined, attempt to pay via paypal with the card and see if that works.

Fabric is itchy
Fabric is itchy, cheap, and the pants are not comfortable at all. don't believe all of the reviews on their site, they are cherry picked to make the product appeal to you.

Very costly for very poor quality.
I ordered a couple of pairs of pants. The prints are really pretty. However the pants are completely see though. So much so I have to wear shorts under them. Then after washing one pair following the instructions to hand wash cold and line dry the pants shrunk considerably. This was so dissapointing. I spent alot of money on these items. I won't be ordering from this site again. 😟

I don't trust all these glowing reviews, they feel rather scripted. My experience has been that the company cuts corners and gouges you on shipping. Please don't make my mistake: do not trust them!

Hello Jessica. I'm unsure why you're unhappy with your order. I looked it up via the name associated with this review.
I noticed that you used our free shipping coupon when you purchased, so you were not charged for shipping. I think free is a pretty reasonable price personally. We also offer free shipping for all orders over $60.
Perhaps they got caught in customs or duties fees upon landing, but this rarely, if ever happens for american customers. I'm wondering if this is what happened with your order, which would explain why you're upset. We don't receive any of this money and it goes to your local government as paid duties and taxes. We have no control over this.
If you're unhappy with the items you received for any reason, you can contact our customer service and get a full refund.
I was unable to see any previous emails from you about the items you received asking for refund or exchange. We're here to assist, just need to contact us.
As for previous reviews, we have some bad and some good. We don't ask our customers to submit reviews to trust pilot, in fact this is the first time we're responding to one. Most people are happy with their purchases and if they're not, we try and make it right, as I'm doing here.

I had similar experience with double costs for shipping and products were flimsy and cheap material. Sizing was also strange would not recommend or buy from this company ever again!
