Horrific. Didn’t ship my order, sent a generic email that something from the order was sold out, didn’t say what that something was, said it would ship ASAP, never did, it’s taken multiple emails just to get the order to ship, they provided the incorrect tracking link, and it’s now been “shipping” for 3 weeks. From USA to Canada. Did I mention shipping cost $88 USD? The order was August 29, it’s now October. My dog has been without his necessary medication causing him additional unnecessary harm, had this scam of a company even remotely fulfilled its duty of care. Hardy Paw has not refunded the shipping fee, nor the entire order which they should have automatically done given it’s been more than a month and none of those items are traceable, identifiable, nor is this sketchy bottom of the barrel shipping fraudulently billed as express international at $88 USD, reliable. Filing full dispute and chargeback, and initiating an investigation for fraud.

I ordered my med on Saturday 5/23 and paid $30 for 2 day express shipping. On 5/26 I called as I did not have my delivery and was told due to the weekend and Monday holiday that noone was working. The person acknowledged that it does not state on the ordering process that orders are processed only M-F excluding holidays and agreed to refund my $30 and stated the delivery would arrive by Thursday 5/28. Today is 5/29 and I called again as I still do not have my med and was informed by a Manager Dave (very rude, poor customer service) that the med would not arrive until 6/1/26 as the $30 refund downgraded my delivery process. I stated that when I spoke to a manager on 5/26 I was told that the order would still be express delivered and the charge refunded as it had already been 4 days and the order was just being processed and that was due to lack of information to clarify the ordering process. I would never use this company again and would encourage others to avoid using as well.

Ordered fish pills on April 22, got the 2 day shipping ($30), not getting the pills unstill the 27 apr., stone cold rip off, never again.

Total scam. If the product doesn’t fit your dog. There is no return policy. If you open the package you are screwed. Obnoxious customer service people also. The harness itself was garbage. You have been warned.

Disgusting. Absolutely disgusting. Receiving a very expensive heart medicine for our pup. We had to put out pup down two days ago because of it, the heart medicine was on autoship, and showed up yesterday, now they're telling us we can't return or get a refund for a medicine that is worthless now. And the tone coming from the other side was not someone that understands the pain a family goes through. Disgusting, and I'll be reporting to the BBB and online for everyone with pets to just go through Chewy, whom happily refunded us for his others meds.

Received wrong product. Called customer service, explaiined I am a senior handicapped person and they said send a photo of wrong item to have them reship correct item. I did and they keep saying I have to send wrong item back. I do not get out to 'ship things back'. Very disappointed and will not purchase from this companay again.

My cat can't eat and is quite possibly dying. I spent 1500$ on vet bills and pay these lazy sacks of garbage 40$ for 1-2 day shipping. These worthless, no good losers waited 2 full days to ship it on F Friday so it doesn't show up till Monday. Worthless

It would not let me give a zero star rating or I would! I ordered something for my koi pond July 2025, with the extra route protection, and they send me an email and say its been sent. Then they send me an email saying they don't actually have the product (which should have let me know it was a sketchy company to begin with!). I finally requested a refund in September as it had still not shown up and it still had never been shown as moving on the shipment tracker and they finally refunded me a THIRD OF WHAT I PAID claiming that it was subject to a restocking fee and the delivering costs were non-refundable in October?! If I look at the tracker now it still says "Hang tight, your package will ship soon" This company has shameful customer service practices, stay clear.
