I ordered 5 j r Watkins salve red can....received 4. I talked with Daniell who check my account and said yes it showed that only 4 was shipped out and was was stool due. She said a new,shipment was coming in so call back today for the product or a refund. Talked to Fran today who informed me that no shipment came in so she would refund me. Refund was posted within three mins. Thank you for the fast no hassle experience.

Hardware online has some of the most beautiful hardware and at low prices. We had a little delay in receiving our product but when I called, not only did she check on the order after hours, she was gracious to send it out second day air to get it here faster at no extra charge. Hard working small business being successful with the help of online shopping. I'd buy from them again and recommend them.

She was willing to be patient with me and so I was in turn, patient with her. She did a wonderful job and I appreciated her efforts very much. Purchased a pool bonding kit on June 16th. Needed to get one sooner to have pool inspected by electrician. Purchased a product with a different seller on Amazon & received it next day. I recently ordered their Black Hat blow mold Christmas decorations and had no problem at all with this order. I called to request information about shipping, (there was no confirmation email with my order) and they told me the delivery date and it was delivered on time. The customer service was a little blunt, but overall they got the job done. Shipping to the mid-atlantic area in 9 days, earlier than the expected date from the shipping option.
