Hardware Online StoreReviews of hardwareonlinestore.com

Do NOT order from this site! They charge account immediately but don't ship. When you call, they say order wasn't processed due to computer issues. They send an email singing they issued a refund but it is never processed. Ended up having to contact credit card company to dispute charge. What a scam!!!

This website is a scam. Spent $30 and never got item. Called and was told they would refund me. Never got my money and no response to emails and now phone number is busy all the time

Sale prices to good to be true. They are always out of stock but never notify you as such. They take your money and contacting customer service is fruitless as no one ever answers. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SCAM ONLINE COMPANY

A VERY DISHONEST WEBSITE!!!!!!!! I ordered $31.09 Pipe Clamps on Nov 12 and never received them. No response to my emails as well.

Beware I order $43 + on items from these people and I have no items, no money and no answers to my e-mails

Scammers!!! Please don’t buy from them you won’t receive your items, they take your money and scam you. I don’t even see the website online anymore maybe they put it away for awhile.

Ordered a simple garden hose and the order was acknowledged by them within minutes. After e.mailing and trying to call weeks later NOTHING nobody responded! Thank goodness I have a great credit card company who refunded me as soon as called them. How is it possible for these people to still have such a website online when they are blatantly scamming folks?

Ordered a side container for sink on November 12. Numerous attempts to reach company including calling to wait as phone rang 100 times then disconnected. HUGE RIP OFF ARTISTS. STAY TOTALLY AWAY. LOCATED IN FLORIDA, HMMMMMM NOT SURPRISED CLOSE TO ESCAPE USA WHEN THE SHUTDOWN OCCURS. BAD BAD BAD
