DO NOT TRUST, THEY WILL LET YOU DEPOSIT THOUSANDS, IF YOU TRY TO WITHDRAWEL OR WIN THEY WILL SUSPEND YOUR ACCOUNT AND KEEP YOU MONEY AND USE VERIFICATION FOR THE REASON. YOU CAN'T SUE THEM BECAUSE OF SOVEIRGN IMMUNITY AS WELL. SO THEY CAN YOU AND THEN LAUGH AT YOU WHEN YOU TRY TO FIX IT. THEY ARE MOB THUG GANGSTERS, DRESSED AS INDIANS

They just started in Ontario, i won, attempted to withdraw 10k which is the norm here for all sites on instant ihterac wothdrawals, they gave me 464 dollars and delayed the rest....no reasonable reason. No help from customer service. Total BS site. If u win, be expected to face wothdrawal delay tactics.

Absolute horrible sports book/casino app! Waaaaay different than their Michigan app Worst customer support!

It has been 2.5 hours since I sent them 3K etransfer and it was successfully deposited to their accounts. Until this matter is resolved I will advise people to not use their website.

garbage . it will only let you win a few bucks on the first day you signed up. after that, goodluck, watch your money disappear with no trigger at all. I play online casino ALOT and this is the worst, most garbage app i have tried. dont bother.

I'm done. I've been with them for over a year and can say they are lacking to say the least. I finally got a referral. They tried to tell me they didn't sign up using my link. Complete lie, because I did it for them (my father). He deposited right away, again, I completed that for him. He played for a few hrs that night and woke up to continue. They tried saying he didn't complete the wager requirements. I provided them proof. Then say they went in circles telling me again that he didn't use my link. Literally the worst experience. I was excited to receive that bonus and play, all for nothing. Finally they said it was a different department that needed to review my account and they thanked me for the specific details I was able to provide. Only to be waiting like a duck for an email from the right department in hopes that they would make this right on their end. Needless to say, even after emailing them asking if someone was ever actually going to get back to me, still zero acknowledgement from anyone that there was ever a problem to begin with. I can confidently say they'll continue to just ignore me and not credit me with the $50 bonus that I was expecting to receive. Thanks for the wasted time going in circles with different agents in your chat and thank you for the atrocious customer service

Doesn’t work. I’m in Florida and they can’t verify. There were no issues connecting to my bank and taking my money for deposit. Now I can’t get my money back. I will file a complaint with the attorney general
