Slot play is a joke and completely rigged. The first time you play online you win.......for about 4 days. You win some decent pots. After that, every single day was a massive lose. Lucky to hit a tiny pot only to lose the next 50-60 Spins, then hit $5 again just to hit nothing for the next 60 spins again. Such a huge rip off. They suck you in the first few days and then you never hit anything decent after that. Horrible experience. Don't play hard rock bet online-you will lose.

For several months now, I have been trying to change my phone number that is linked to my account because I’m not able to log into my account due to the 2FA is set to a number I do not have and I’m stuck In a loop with their chat people of the email the link to verify my identity or so then they tell me the number has been changed to delete the reinstall and I should be able to login under my new number but the number is never changed. It’s always my old number still there and it’s the same thing every time I contact them it’s an infinite loop of this process. Only reason I keep trying is cause I get bored playing in the other places that I play but I get better service at the brick and mortar casino close to where I live this site is a joke and the Customer Service scripted and they can’t fix an issue

Well I been playing on here for over a year and the bonuses you will never get and if you do it's a small amount you will will spend more money trying to get bonuses but you will never get them I figured it was not my time but no matter what game I played I can't get a decent bonus they will give you a small bonus just to keep you playing and then the pots will never break again so it kind of tricks you in to depositing more money i lost so much money with them what a shame and then trying to get online customer service forget about it

Garbage casino that doesn't honor their first time promo, rigged rewards that's give the least out of every casino I've ever played. Golden nugget gives more bonuses and they're basically non existent, draft kings gives more bonuses then these fools. This app is most definitely rigged! They will " let you win" but as soon as you pull a good withdraw, you will not win like that again! You won't even come close. You cant tell me it's not rigged, when 1 or 2 times you do well and 50 to 55 times you lose. Watch close and you can see the glitch in slots. When it flickers, freeze, kick you out, get off of it. Being from Miami I had the pleasure of playing at all the Hard Rock seminole casinos. I don't reside in Miami anymore so when I found hard rock bet casino needless to say I was so excited. Well that excitement is gone. I won't even go into how much I deposited, but the slots are awful. You lose hundreds of dollars and you can't even get half back because you can't get a bonus if your life depends on it. Example betting 1.50 a spin with 270.00 in slot and no bonus in game. Hard rock bet I was able to go to your casinos in Miami and win jackpots, break even and yes I did lose sometimes, but aleast there was a chance to win. I opened my account end of Feb hit level 7 which is the highest for reward levels couple of weeks later became vip with a host I have lost thousands of dollars daily.. I have reached out so many times to customer service to address this issue I’m not receiving rewards or any type of exclusive bonuses or any free play. All they say is we apologize thank you for being a loyal customer, and they will escalate my concern and complaints as somebody will reach out to me. Still haven’t heard nothing. I’ve also reached out to my VIP host. Now he tells me is my account is not eligible, which doesn’t make sense because obviously I’m a high level player to reach level seven and to get assigned a VIP host to not be eligible.
