Closed my account within hours of opening it and it only took that long because customer service is terrible. Absolute scam, do not give them your info, do not send them money, do not waste your time.

Hardrock Bet has to be the worst Sportsbook in the world. It is very sad that their are no other legal options in Florida. My account has been suspended for months without an explanation I have made numerous attempts to rectify it I did all the verifications they requested and yet my account is still closed.

Do not sign up with this casino! Their promotion is a total scam! It says, deposit $10 or more for 100% win back bonus and 200 free spins on Huff N More Puff. I deposited $200 when I signed up. I never hit not one bonus and blew throw the $200 with only small insignificant wins. Its a scam! So i'll get the $200 back and then have to bet the whole $200 1x in hopes of winning something in the end. After my initial experience with their games, its doubtful I will win anything! Their free spins... I used them and not once did I hit the bonus feature!! Not once! This casino is a SCAM!!! Don't waste your money! There are so many other options!

There online platform sucks.. first they started off saying they wouldn't honor my friends referral stateing I already had a account in some other state I ain't been to.. then once I proved I wasn't they allowed me to play and said they would honor the referral..so I go on and play my free spins for being a new player hit a jackpot and now my account is suspended and has been for days and you don't get any help just some stupid bot repeating the same thing over and over...
