At the same time, we fully understand your frustration with the extended lead time and the moving delivery estimates. Even with regular communication, waiting that long is not the experience we want our customers to have. Our beds are made individually and require careful production, finishing and checking, but we also know that the timeline needs to be clearer and more reliable. Your feedback is completely fair, and it is something we are actively working to improve. Regarding the missing slat, we are very sorry about this and will make sure it is resolved for you. Es tut uns sehr leid, dass sich Ihre Lieferung wiederholt verzögert hat und dass Ihnen über längere Zeit kein klarer Liefertermin genannt werden konnte. Wir verstehen gut, wie enttäuschend das ist, gerade wenn der Auftrag bereits bestätigt und bezahlt wurde. Wir nehmen diesen Fall sehr ernst und wissen, dass wir Ihnen hier früher und klarer hätten kommunizieren müssen. Ihre Bestellung ist inzwischen auf dem Weg zur Auslieferung. Auch wenn das die vorangegangene Verzögerung nicht ungeschehen macht, hoffen wir sehr, dass das Produkt selbst nun zumindest ein Stück weit für die Wartezeit entschädigt. Ihr Beispiel mit den nachbestellten Stühlen zeigt sehr schön, warum wir die Bestellhistorie sorgfältig prüfen: damit nicht nur jedes einzelne Möbelstück stimmt, sondern am Ende auch alles zusammenpasst. Hi Sebastián, Thank you for taking the time to share this. I’m very sorry for the experience you had with this order. The repeated changes to the timeline were not acceptable, and once you had clearly asked to cancel, we should have processed the refund more cleanly and without further delay. I also understand why that sequence of events made the overall experience feel unreliable. I contacted you personally after reviewing the case because I felt it was important to acknowledge that we fell short here. Your order has since been cancelled and fully refunded, but I appreciate that this does not undo the frustration caused by the way the process was handled. We have taken this case seriously internally. Since then, we have made changes to how cancellation requests are handled so that, once agreed, they are processed much faster. We have also increased our quoted lead times to better reflect current production capacity and reduce the risk of this happening again. Liam Hardman Founder
